Política de reembolso

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unwashed and complete with original labels and tags.

To request a return, you must contact us at sales@portugaljewellery.com with your information as well as a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your items back to us without contacting us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

14 day policy not applicable to Custom Made or engraved purchases. For customised products, you have a 7 day cancellation policy.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items and engraved items cannot be refunded. 

Refunds are not accepted unless due to a defect on items due to factory default. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@portugaljewellery.com.

We only exchange items if they are defective. Please email us for details on reshipping costs and further instructions for exchanges.  Do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.

To return your product, you should mail it to the returns address given to you in the returns instructions email. We will respond to your returns enquiry email and provide the address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All items should be shipped using a trackable shipping service; alternatively, you can purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
